Enroll or Re-enroll in health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Open enrollment is from November 1st to December 15th. If you enrolled last year, meet with one of our Enrollment Specialists to update your application and explore new options.
Weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays appointments are available. Virtual and phone appointments are encouraged. In-person appointments are limited. No walk-ins, please.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE:
(1) Birth dates of those applying for coverage; (2) Social Security numbers (SSNs) of those applying for
coverage; (3) Paystubs, W-2 forms, or other information about your family’s income; (4) Policy/member
numbers for any current health coverage; (5) Information about any health coverage from a job that’s
available to you or your family; (6) If you have previously enrolled, please bring your Healthcare.gov
login and account information.
