We are caring for current patients and accepting new patients. Where medically appropriate, we may ask you to conduct your medical appointment by phone or video, or to reschedule an existing appointment.   Our scheduling team can schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments.

Medical Scheduling Hours: Monday-Thursday – 7 am-9 pm; Friday – 7 am – 5 pm; Saturday – 9 am-1 pm

Dental Scheduling Hours: Normal business hours

Westside’s Provider-On-Call service is available for urgent medical questions or concerns when our office is closed. Please call (302) 655-5822. For emergencies, dial 9-1-1 or go to the emergency room.

Making an appointment is simple. You can make an appointment by calling our scheduling phone number at 302-224-6800 (New Castle County) or 302-678-4622 (Kent or Sussex Counties).

When you call, please have the following information ready:

  • Your name (or name of the patient), address, and date of birth
  • The reason for your visit
  • If you have health insurance, you will want to provide that information as well
