Farm to Fork: Nourishing Delaware’s Communities
September 18, 2025 – Westside Family Healthcare is hosting a special fundraiser to support our agricultural worker patients, the second annual Farm to Fork: Nourishing Delaware’s Communities. Funds raised will benefit our Rural Health Outreach Program, which provides essential health services to Delaware’s farmworkers.
Our rustic farm-to-table dinner party will be held at Loblolly Acres in Kent County, Delaware, on Thursday evening, September 18, 2025. The evening will feature locally sourced food, live music, lawn games, and a raffle auction for a chnace to win great prizes.
Join us for an unforgettable night of delicious food, community spirit, and support for a vital cause. Mark your calendars and help us make a difference in the lives of our agricultural workers!

Thank you all – who attended our 1st Annual Farm to Fork: Nourishing Delaware’s Communities fundraiser on September 20, 2024. With support from our sponsors and donors, we raised more than $41,000 to support the care we provide to the migrant and seasonal farmworkers in Kent and western Sussex County.
The sold-out event brought together Delaware’s farm communities and Westside supporters to enjoy a great night out. A special thank you to our partners and sponsors: Bayhealth, Beebe Healthcare, WSFS Foundation, Terri Hasson, Arthur Hall, Gallager Benefits Services, LabCorp, Wilmington University, and the Wawa Foundation.
All proceeds will support our agricultural worker patients through our Rural Health Outreach Program, which supports migrant and seasonal agricultural workers (MSAW) in Kent and western Sussex counties with our mobile health outreach team. Our MSAW team delivers care directly at farms and housing communities during Delaware’s growing season to overcome the barriers these workers face in accessing healthcare.
