Curbside Check-In

To keep you comfortable and safe, we invite you to wait in your parked vehicle in our parking lot until your appointment. You will check-in digitally from your cell phone and then wait in your car or outside until you are ready to be seen.

How it works

  • A day or two before your appointment, you will receive a text message with instructions to use Curbside Check-In. Do not reply to this message.
  • About 30 minutes before your appointment, you will receive a text message from a Westside staff person.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, remain outside and check in. Reply to the most recent text message to “check-in.”
  • We will call you to complete your check-in process.
  • When you are ready to be seen, we will call you again to invite you inside.

El registro en la acera

Para mantenerlo cómodo y seguro, lo invitamos a esperar en su vehículo estacionado en nuestro estacionamiento hasta su cita. Se registrará digitalmente desde su teléfono celular y luego esperará en su automóvil o afuera hasta que esté listo para que lo vean.

Cómo funciona

Offices closed every Thursday from 2 p.m.–3:30 p.m.

Westside’s Provider-On-Call service is available for urgent medical questions or concerns when our office is closed. Please call 302-655-5822. For emergencies, dial 9-1-1 or go to the emergency room.
