Case Management

Nurses and support staff provide key contact with patients to support individuals with various health care needs.

Certified Diabetes Education

Patients with diabetes receive additional knowledge to manage their disease through education provided by a Certified Diabetes Educator.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Care and Translation

Individuals can access care in the language that they are most comfortable.

Financial Aid Assistance

Individuals without insurance can receive health care services, and receive assistance in signing up for Medicaid, Medicare, Screening for Life, and the Delaware Healthy Children Program.

Laboratory Services

Two of Westside's locations (Wilmington and Northeast) offer convenient, on-site phlebotomy services.

MED Program — Low-Cost Medications

Patients without pharmaceutical insurance can access Westside's MED Program, which provides many medications at a significant discount.

24-hour Physician On Call

A Westside physician is always on-call after hours for any of your medical needs.

Westside Family Healthcare Accepts

We accept most insurance plans, including Delaware Healthy Children Program, Delaware Physicians Care, Inc., Medicaid, Medicare, Screening for Life, Unison, and most private commercial insurance plans.  
We offer a sliding fee schedule for individuals without insurance.
